Chelsea are planning contract negotiations with Nicolas Anelka, according to the agent of the France striker. Anelka, 30, has been at Stamford Bridge since January 2008 and agent Doug Pingisi is expecting to hold talks over a new deal for his client. The well-travelled striker scored 19 Premier League goals for the Blues last season. "I think we will be having talks with Chelsea next week about Nicolas' contract," revealed Pingisi. "Nicolas has two years left on his present contract and I think Chelsea would like to extend it. "We plan to sit down and have talks with Chelsea about Nicolas' future." The former Bolton Wanderers, Manchester City, Arsenal and Real Madrid striker has scored 27 goals in 75 appearances for Chelsea.
